According to Apple’s System Status page, iCloud Photo Stream, Documents in the Cloud and Backup services are currently having problems.
It looks like the service has been having problems for over 5 hours now.
If you’re facing problems with any of these services then you may want to try after sometime as Apple is currently investigating the problem.
We’ll let you know as soon as there is an update.
